Website Terms

Last updated 1 August 2026

These terms apply when you browse the FaithMark website, submit an enquiry or reserve a consultation.

Using this website

You may use the website for lawful purposes and to learn about or enquire about FaithMark services. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material or use the forms for spam.

Enquiries and consultations

Sending an enquiry, requesting a sample or reserving a consultation does not by itself create a contract for paid services. Paid work begins only when the scope, price and applicable service terms have been agreed. Appointment availability can change until a booking is successfully reserved.

Material you provide

You keep ownership of sermon recordings, links, logos, messages and other material you provide. By sharing it with FaithMark, you confirm that you have authority to do so and permit us to use it as needed to respond to your request, create an agreed sample or deliver an agreed service.

FaithMark content

The FaithMark name, website design, copy and original materials are owned by FaithMark or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where the law allows it.

Information and results

Website content is general information, not legal, financial or professional advice. We work carefully, but do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or that social content will produce a particular audience, engagement or growth result.

External services

The website may link to services operated by others, including Google Calendar and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them, and FaithMark is not responsible for their availability or content.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaithMark is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and contact

We may update the website and these terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions can be sent to Jose@faithmark.co.uk.
