Free prize draw terms

Version 5 November 2026. Keep a copy of these terms for your records.

1. Promoter and contact

FaithMark, trading as FaithMark.

49a Portland road

Contact: jose@faithmark.co.uk.

2. Entry period and method

Entries open on 9 November 2026 at 09:00 and close on 22 November 2026 at 23:59, Europe/London. Entries outside this period are excluded. Enter free using the form at faithmark.co.uk/giveaway. This is the only entry route. One entry per church across all sources; duplicate entries are merged and receive no extra chances. Correcting an entry does not create another entry.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and authorised to enter on behalf of a church in England, Scotland or Wales. The church must not be a paying FaithMark client when entering and must be able to provide usable English-language sermon recordings. Private recordings are acceptable. Employees and people administering the draw, and their own churches, are excluded. All denominations are eligible.

FaithMark may reasonably verify eligibility and authority. Invalid or fraudulent entries, including materially false eligibility statements, are excluded. If details need correcting or you dispute a decision, email José. We will review the information fairly and explain the decision. Separate churches sharing a website may contact José so that genuine distinct entries are reviewed fairly; resubmissions do not earn extra chances.

4. Three prizes for three different churches

First prize: three consecutive months of FaithMark’s monthly service: 24 captioned sermon clips and 12 graphics or carousels in total, post captions, Instagram and Facebook scheduling, and a monthly plan, report and call in each service month.

Second prize: one month of the same service: eight captioned sermon clips, four graphics or carousels, post captions, Instagram and Facebook scheduling, and a plan, report and call.

Third prize: a sermon pilot with three captioned vertical clips using the church’s branding and one revision round. Monthly prizes include one revision round per content batch.

Filming, website work and advertising spend are excluded. No payment, payment card or automatic paid renewal is required. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. An unavoidable substitute must be of equivalent or greater value.

5. Equal chances and optional contact

No purchase, follow, share, referral, sales call, testimonial or marketing subscription is required. Optional commercial answers and email choices do not affect eligibility or odds. Buying after entering does not invalidate a valid entry or improve its chances. If an entrant buys and then wins, the free prize period or appropriate credit will be applied to overlapping invoices within the prize scope.

6. Random selection and notification

On 24 November 2026, three different churches will be selected at random without replacement from all valid church entries using a verifiably random computer process or independent supervision. The final eligible list, selection method and results will be recorded. Reserve churches will be selected in order at the same time, where enough eligible churches exist. Commercial interest and marketing consent are not used in selection.

Winners will be notified by email on 24 November and have seven days from notification to accept by replying. If a winner is ineligible, declines or does not respond within seven days, the next reserve will be approached with the same seven-day acceptance period. If fewer than three valid churches enter, all valid churches will receive prizes in random order, starting with first prize; unallocated prizes will not be represented as awarded. The promotion will not be cancelled because entry numbers or sales are disappointing.

7. Delivery and approvals

Monthly prize services begin within 30 days of acceptance, with three consecutive service months for first prize. The pilot is supplied within 14 working days after suitable source recordings and branding are received. Agree recording handoff and batch delivery dates with José during onboarding.

Winners must have permission to supply recordings and branding and approve content before publication. Use delegated social platform access where available. Never email account passwords. Paid continuation is only by a separate, explicit agreement.

8. Award information and publicity

Information showing valid awards took place can be requested by emailing jose@faithmark.co.uk within three months after the closing date. Ordinarily this includes the winning representative’s surname and county. Winners may object or ask for reduced disclosure when entering or when notified; FaithMark will respect those preferences while retaining evidence for the Advertising Standards Authority if required. County details will be requested only from winners. Church names, case studies, testimonials and use of work in advertising require separate permission. Accepting a prize is never conditional on public endorsement.

9. Personal information

Entry data is used to administer, verify and record the draw, contact winners and resolve questions. Marketing requires the separate optional checkbox. A personal service response requires your separate request. These choices can be withdrawn by emailing José; withdrawing marketing does not withdraw your entry. See the privacy notice for processors, retention and rights.

10. Facebook and Instagram

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Facebook and Instagram from liability in connection with this promotion. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
